Categorize Reservations by Product

It is possible to categorize the products offered in order to have more clarity in your information.

It is important to remember that the products you create must match the titles and information sent to us by the booking engines.

To add the Products, follow the steps below:

Step 1: In the menu, select the Reservations option and click on Products.

Step 2: Click on Create Product 

Step 3: Add product information. The more information you fill in, the better the information will match the information received by the booking engine.

Step 4: Confirm the creation of the product in Create Product.

Once the product has been successfully saved and the information has been received. You will be able to generate a report with the main performance statistics of the product. 

Step 5: To view this report, click on the product name.

Step 6: In this screen, you will find the information: Total sold, Number of Bookings, Number of Contacts, etc.
