How to unsubscribe a contact?

If a contact wants to unsubscribe from your emails, you can update it in their profile.

To do so, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Audience and Contacts in the left menu of your PUSHTech account and click on contacts

Step 2. In the search engine, find the email you want to unsubscribe and click on it.

Step 3. In the menu on the right, find the channel subscriptions section and deactivate the email channel subscription.

All the contact's history will remain in your account, but he/she will not receive any more campaigns.

If in the future they decide to resubscribe, it will be necessary to check the Email subscription again.
