Segment your contacts and define a sending policy
This will ensure that each person receives the message they need, avoiding saturating mailboxes and generating more engagement.
To do this, we recommend
- that each segment you use does not contain more than 200k contacts.
- In the case of sending more than one campaign, schedule no more than 200k communications per hour.
Avoid words associated with SPAM and the abuse of emojis in the subject line
Think about how to write to a friend or colleague, avoid discount or offer words and duplicate symbols (!!!!!!).

Include accessible and balanced content
We are not 100% sure who is on the other side, so we suggest that your content is accessible and can be read by a screen reader. You will achieve this by including text and not just images. Also, it is a good practice to avoid getting to the Spam folder.
Configure DKIM and SPF records
This way you will be authenticating your domain for sending and you will avoid being marked as suspicious. You can configure it from your account in the DNS records of your mail server.
