-
Automation Trigger: will send your campaign when a user activity matches the condition of your segment. For example, when a user signs up to your newsletter, you can set an interval of time from when our CRM receives that sign-up confirmation, to the time we send the message.
-
Automation Cronological: will send the campaign every selected interval (daily, weekly, etc.) to the audience who matches the segment conditions, based on a date. For example, the birthday or date of check in of their last reservation.
-
You can select if the automation should only send one time per user
-
Step 7: If you select Automation Trigger, you can choose an interval of minutes after the trigger, from which we will send the email message.
Step 8: If, on the other hand, you select Automation Cron you can select at what time you want the campaign to send.
