Email validation will greatly increase your domain reputation, reduce spam and increase your conversions. Thus avoiding being blacklisted by anti-spam filters.
The PUShTech service performs an automated check with the email servers to verify if the email is correct or not. Incorrect or non-existent e-mails are classified as "Non-existent or incorrect" and will be automatically removed from the sending database. These "non-existent or incorrect" emails can be downloaded into a list for manual correction.
You can validate your database from your account settings section in the top menu on the right-hand side of the screen:
Then click on "Validate pending emails" to start the process and add credit for validation if necessary.
The validation processes include the following steps:
1. Email address syntax verification.
PUSHTech validates the email address according to IETF standards such as RFC 6531, RFC 5321, RFC 1035, RFC 2822, RFC 5322 RFC 2821, and RFC 1123. PUSHTech validation supports all domain extensions, quotes, text strings, comments, internationalized domain names (IDN), and mailboxes.
2. Review of domain/MX records.
PUSHTech verifies and validates the DNS entries of each email address in the verification process. It indicates the result correctly when the domain is invalid or if MX entries are missing.
3. Function address detection (hello, no reply, other).
PUSHTech detects role-based addresses. Roles are not associated with a person but represent a group, department, or function. There are some addresses associated with high bounce rates and spam complaints that we detect and report the result accordingly. Sending emails to these addresses can negatively affect deliverability.
4. Disposable Email Address Detection (DEA).
PUSHTech detects temporarily created e-mail addresses. There are certain services that provide a temporary email address known as a "Disposable Email Address". Our system detects and marks these emails correctly.
5. Detection of free email services.
PUSHTech checks the email service provider during the test. Therefore, the email address is flagged accordingly if you use a known free email service such as Gmail, AOL, Hotmail, etc. This helps to separate work and personal emails from subscribers. Often, subscribers who use work emails instead of free email services have higher rates and commitments.
6. Unbranded domain branding.
PUSHTech performs all tests for email addresses and detects and tags the domain that accepts any unverified email.
7. Verification of the existence of mail diver.
PUSHTech performs SMTP verification on each email address. Each email address will be verified for the existence of the email diver without sending any actual email to that address.
