Step 1: Open Audience Management. From the main navigation bar on the left, select Audience & Contacts –> Contacts.
Step 2: Click the pink Import contacts button on the right side of your screen:
There are different options to upload your contacts: Upload CSV file with contacts, Manually add contacts, Copy paste from Excel and more.
Upload CSV file with contacts
Step 1: CSV files store tabular data (numbers and text) in plain-text form. Start by selecting a CSV (.csv) file from your computer and then click the Import button.
Manually Type in New Contacts
Step 1: You can simply add a contact’s details manually. Enter their first and last name and email then select the country code for their mobile phone number from the drop-down menu. Make sure you enter the mobile number without any spaces.
Copy paste from excel
Step 1: If you have your contact details stored in an Excel file, just select and copy the desired information as columns and rows and paste the data in the text box. Once you have clicked ‘import contacts‘, PUSHTech will organize the data for you.

Import with REST API
If you want to import data through integrating one or various databases of your contacts, please reach out to support@pushtech.com to get it set up.
Note: If you import large quantities of data at a time, it will prompt you to be notified by email when the platform is done updating it.
