If you're using Facebook integration, setting up a workflow can make your marketing efforts smoother. This article will guide you through to the creation of a simple one.
Before you begin, make sure you are familiar with workflows creation. For that purpuse, we recommend check out this guide first.
Re-marketing with Facebook Audience
This workflow example helps you manage your Facebook Audience by adding or removing contacts based on their purchase activity on CendynCRM. It also sends emails to contacts who haven't made a purchase after a certain period.
Step 1. Add the segment with the contacts that do you want to target. For example, those created yesterday who haven't made purchases yet.
Step 2. Drag "Facebook Audience" option into your workflow.
Into the pop-up:
- Choose "add contacts,"
- Add your Facebook Ads account,
- Select the Facebook Audience that do you want to receive the contacts in.
Step 3. Add a waiting period using the "Wait time" option to allow you to set a time for actions to take effect.
Step 4. Add an "If/Else" option to check if contacts have made a purchase. Create or select a segment of contacts with a booking.
Step 5. If contacts have made a purchase (branch "Yes"), use the "Facebook Audience" option to remove them from the audience. This ensures they don't get unnecessary communications via Facebook.
Step 6. For contacts who haven't made a purchase (branch "No"), insert another wait period. Then, like we did before, use the "Facebook Audience" option to remove them from the audience.
In this example, we'll stop sending them Facebook communications and instead, we'll send them an email through CendynCRM.
Step 7. Add another wait period, then use the "Send Message" option, to email contacts from the segment "Has booking?" that haven't made a purchase.
Step 6. Finish the workflow, by dragging the "Finish" button at the end of each branch.
