How to create segment for clients staying in the hotel

Step 0: Confirm your custom Contact/Purchase fields which correspond to the check-in and check-out dates. 

Step 1: Go to the "Segmentation" section on the left side of your screen and click on "Create Segmentation."

In this example, the fields are as follows:

Note: Remember to replace these fields with your own. Common field names are "reservation date," "check-in/check-out date" 

Step 3: Once you have selected the two date filters, a message will appear. You need to select "True" to include contacts that meet both requirement.

Don't forget to click "Save Segment" to complete the creation of your segment.
