Set-up notifications
Step 1: Go to the "Forms" section and click on the specific form you want responses from.
Step 2: Choose "Yes" for the "Send notification email when form is sent" option:
Step 2: The email notification settings will appear, there you should fill in the following sections:
- Notification email addresses: Add the email(s) where you want to receive responses. Separate them with commas ( email1@example.com,email2@example.com )
Note: If you need different notifications for various email addresses (like different hotels), use the 'hotel name' tag in the email subject to tell them apart.
Remember to save the changes to your form.
Making an email template and adding it to this notification setup:
Step 1: In the main menu on the left, go to Campaigns Manager and click on Email Templates.
Step 2: Create the template you'll use for notifications. Link the form information using tags, by clicking on "Select Tags"
Step 3: In the pop-up, select the tag matching your form information and click add tag. You can repeat these two last steps to add as many tags as necessary.
