Link a custom True/False field in a form

Step 1: Drag the "Checkbox" element to the corresponding section of your form.

Step 2: Click on the pencil icon to modify it.

Step 3: Write the question or message in the Label section and in the Options section, the option you want to display.

Step 4: In PUSHTech Metrics, select the custom True/False field you previously created.

Note: You should create a checkbox for each custom field you want to link.

If you want to show multiple options: repeat the steps for the number of options you want to add. In the Label section, remove the word "Checkbox" to leave it blank.

Step 5: Finally, click "Save Form" at the top of the screen when you've finished editing the form.
