In the Dashboard section, several KPIs show different results both in quantity and percentage.
Note: The results displayed will depend on the time period selected in the filters.
1. Email: total number of emails sent.
2. SMS: total number of SMS sent.
3. Audience: the total amount of your audience
4. Campaigns: total number of campaigns sent.
5. Bookings: total number of bookings coming from the different providers (booking engine, PMS...).
6. Revenue: shows the total revenue of all bookings.
7. Open ratio: shows the percentage of total campaigns opened among the total number of campaigns delivered.
8. Clicks: the total number of clicks on your campaigns.
9. Click Rate: is the percentage of the total number of unique clicks among the total number of opened campaigns.
10. Click Through Rate: indicates the percentage of total unique clicks among the total number of delivered campaigns.
11. Revenue per thousand emails: shows the revenue per thousand emails.
12. Conversion rate: this is the conversion rate of the bookings obtained after sending the campaigns.
13. Campaigns revenue: shows the total revenue of the bookings after sending the campaigns.
14. Campaigns bookings: shows the total number of bookings obtained after sending the campaigns.
