What is "pixel tracking" and what can we use it for?
"Pixel tracking" is an online tracking technique that uses a small piece of code, a "pixel," inserted into a website to collect data about visitor activity. This pixel is used to track their behavior and gather information for various purposes.
How do I set it up in my account?
To set it up, you should reach out to our team. They'll provide you with the necessary instructions and documentation.
What can we track through this pixel?
- Campaign Conversions
The purpose of its use is to measure specific activity, in this case, the success of campaigns.
Conversion in digital marketing is related to the user's behavior in response to our campaign, allowing us, for example, to create campaigns with better-targeted segments and improve return on investment (ROI).
Where can I view the results?
Navigate to the Dashboard. In there you will find the KPIs for Campaign Revenue and Campaign Reservations, this will be the tool to measure your results. If you don't see those KPI's in your Dashboard, you can add them with the "Manage KPI's" button.
You can also access the report for each campaign. Just go to your Campaigns section, and click on the campaign you want to see the results of.
There you will find the data, in the Statistics box for Reservations/Purchases.
- Abandoned Cart
The goal is to track and gather information about users who have added products to their shopping cart on the website but have not completed the purchase.
This pixel will allow you to track user activity and take steps to try to recover those abandoned sales.
How can I use this information for my campaigns?
Through segmentation and personalized automations, you can engage with users to encourage them to complete the purchase.
