How to integrate Hotel Data?

These are the steps to integrate Hotel Data in your CRM account: 

1. Create the Hotel Data Custom Fields.

1.2 If the custom field that you want to use in your template will contain a URL, it is necessary to check "is a url field?"

2. Go to Campaigns Manager and click Hotel Data

3. Click Create Hotel

4. Fill in all the basic information for each Hotel

- Note: please confirm that the UUID code is correct 

-If you want to differentiate the hotels by language, you’ll have to add another language in the hotel’s tab. 

4. Once the Hotels have been created click Managed Match and select the corresponding field to match the Custom Hotel Data when sending the campaign. In this case, we will choose Contact : Hotel ID

How to create the template 

Hotel Logo

1. Add a new Row 

2. Select the Row where you want to add the logo and add an image content

3. Click Custom Links 

4. Select the Hotel Data URL 

5. Select the field that you want to add, in this case the Main Logo and make sure to select the right language. 

6. Copy the URL %{hotel_data_tag_main_logo_EN} and paste it in the Dynamic URL link

Spa Link

1. In this case, we will add the link to a button. 

2. Once you have selected the row with the button, click Custom Links in the edit tools.

3. Click the Hotel Data URL and select the SPA option 

4. For the booking URL process repeat the previous steps. 

Important: Only contacts that match the hotel data fields will be considered.
