How to download information based on your user role

Downloading information is now easier than ever. We developed this feature for you to predetermined the fields that you want your team to download. 

Roles of User

Step 1. Go to Roles of User

Step 2. Select the Role of User that you want to modify 

Step 3. Make sure this role of user have the permissions to View and to Edit/Create in the segmentation part. 

Step 4. At the top of the table, click on the Available for Download button.

Step 5. Select the columns you want to preset by default in this role when downloading information.

Step 6. Click the button Update Role to save all your changes.

Note: This will only allow you to preset the fields that you want this user to download, but this does not mean that the user will not be able to download more fields if needed.
